- By application — approved by Factual Media before you represent us
- Independent contractor and a real sales role — you don’t “become” Factual Media
- Written agreement + deal registration before you claim a lead
- Explain managed vs licensed vs Whitelabel; never sell editorial placement
- No spam, fake urgency, or pay-for-coverage claims
- Quality leads only — named decision-maker, real outlet or business
Share links
For friends and community — not a streamer desk, not a sales shop. Send a link; if they subscribe to Creator, Ship, or Pro, you earn a thin cut. No buyer discount (that’s what affiliate codes are for).

- No self-referral.
- Same minimum payout threshold as other programs.
Whitelabel intros for affiliates
No public discount code. Warm intro only — e.g. “DM us and an FM associate will reach out.” You forward a real contact; we email that address to confirm. Commission only when we close and payment clears. We deliver.
When an affiliate introduces and an approved sales agent closes, the default share of the commission pools is:
